Station 33 Assists On A 2nd Alarm House Fire

On Thursday, April 13th at 3:33am, the Honey Brook Fire Company was alerted for a house fire on Ferndale Lane in the Hopewell section of East Brandywine Township, to assist the East Brandywine Fire Company. Crews from Station 33 arrived and performed numerous duties on the fire ground. All firefighters and personnel on the scene did an incredible job of quickly containing this fire and preventing further damage to the residence and belongings. It is important to note that the residence was properly equipped with working smoke detectors which alerted the sleeping household of 5 to the fire in the house.
