On Saturday October 21,2017, members of the Honey Brook Fire company participated in the "Fire in the Valley" 5k run hosted by our neighboring fire company, Twin Valley Fire Company. Not only did the team take on the 5k challenge, they took on the firefighter challenge as well. The challenge consisted of 5 members to run in full turn out gear. With the members training over a few months, they were all able to complete the race in under an hour and bring home a trophy
