Chief 35 , Chief 33 , Asst 33 and Rescue 33 arrived on location with heavy fire showing from the structure Crew from Rescue 33 immediately went inside to do a search ,the crew was pushed out by fire and high heat conditions and went in a second door. Crews from rescue 33 found the dog though and pulled it out and immediately began compression's and "mouth to snout" and handed over to EMS. Engine 33-1 arrived and stretched numerous hand lines and went to work. Due to no hydrants in the immediate area crews initially had a tough time getting a water supply established but once it was the fire was able to be brought under control fairly quickly. Crews remaining on scene for several hours doing overhaul of the residence.
