| On Saturday, September 11, 2010 Cub Scouts from Honey Brook Pack 9 visited the Honey Brook Fire Company to pay tribute to the 9-11 emergency services responders who lost their lives on that fateful day 9 years ago and also to thank the emergency responders of the Honey Brook Fire Company.
A short overview of what happened was presented by Police Officer Greg followed by the playing of Taps. The Cub Scouts then presented the fire company with stuffed animals to help children when they are in times of stress. Baked goods were also given to the firefighters in attendance as a way of saying thank you for your service to the community.
The Honey Brook Fire Company would like to thank Pack 9 for their support.
Thank you to Joe Cutolo for the pictures. |
