Glen Moore FC 100th Anniversary

By Firefighter/EMT Christopher Eno
June 13, 2015

On the warm and sunny morning of Saturday, June 13th, Station 33 travelled to Glenmoore to help the Glen Moore Fire Company celebrate its 100th Anniversary.

The day started with a noisy, but well attended, 6½ mile long parade that travelled through the village of Glenmoore and Wallace Township.

Once back at the firehouse, the housing ceremonies commenced with remarks and presentations from several dignitaries, followed by the housings of Engines 48-5, 48-1, and Squad 48. Station 33, as a housing company, assisted in housing Engine 48-1.

We would like to congratulate Station 48 on reaching this important milestone in their history.
