This morning while preparing for a Fire Prevention detail to a local Daycare, HBFC was dispatched , for a carbon monoxide alarm, to the Merwood Drive area of Honey Brook Township. Twin Valley Engine 69-1 and Ambulance 89-1 assisted Engine 33-1 and Rescue 33 checking the residence and cleared shortly.
Engine 33-1 detoured on the way back from the event to stop at the Rainbow Valley Daycare and show the children firefighting gear, and provide the children a chance to climb into the crew compartment of the truck.
The take home bags containing coloring books, crayons, tot finder & pet finders decals, trading cards of HBFC equipment were delivered later in the morning.
