At 1317 hrs first units were dispatched to the Coatesville Scrap yard in the 1000 block of South First Avenue. ( South Coatesville). Stations 37, 41, 43, 35, 38, Ladder 8, 75.
Tankers from 8,23, 24, 27, 33, 35, 39, 44,49 eventually joined the attack and were in service for over 5 hrs. Water was shuttled from Arcelor Mittal ARC complex adjacent to the Chester County Public Safety Campus.
