Units found a car disabled within 75 feet of dry ground and walked the victims to safety in 20” of standing water. Township crews placed barricades to prevent further incidents throughout the night as rain swollen creeks continued draining down the Brandywine Creek.

Please avoid this well known flooding area during heavy rain and especially in the next six hours as the water passes thru the area.
