Large woods and brush fire

This afternoon Honey Brook Fire Company made a full company assist to Wagontown Fire Company at 3000 Compass Road (West Caln Township). Four acres of brush and woods was involved in a large mutual aid response including brush units from Wagontown, Honey Brook, Po Mar Lin, Westwood, East Brandywine, Modena and Sadsburyville. Tankers and Engines from Wagontown and Honey Brook refilled brush units. Lanco Caernarvon Fire Company Pumper/ Tanker 34 stood by at Honey Brook Fire Station. Chief 35 (Todd Ziegler) had the Command. Brush 33, Engine 33-1, Tanker 33-5 made the response and crews worked for three hours before returning.
