Mobile Home Fire

On December 6th at 10:55 am the Honey Brook Fire Company along with mutual aid was alerted to the 100 block of Egan circle in Honey Brook Township for a mobile home fire. Deputy 33 (Ream) arrived on location to find a single wide mobile home with fire showing. Engine 33-1 arrived and laid a 5" supply line from Egan Circle and Horseshoe Pike. Crews deployed multiple handlines to extinguish the fire. Engine 33-5 arrived and secured the water supply at the fire hydrant along Horseshoe Pike. The fire was quickly placed under control. Honey Brook was assisted by East Brandywine, Wagontown and Weaverland Valley fire companies. Honey Brook responded with twenty three volunteers on this daytime fire.
