Early this morning at 0237 hours Engine 33-5 was alerted to relocate to Station 73 (Ludwig’s Corner) while they operated at a working house fire in West Vincent Township. Engine 33-5 responded with a crew of five. While standing by at Station 73 Chester County Fire Board alerted Engine 33-5 of a gas alarm on the 0 block of Half Hill Rd in West Vincent Township. Engine 33-5 and Rescue 73 investigated to what turned out to be a faulty detector. Once clearing the gas alarm Engine 33-5 returned to Honey Brook at 0444 hours.
