Salisbury Township Shop Fire

Today at 1432 hours the Honey Brook Fire Company was alerted for the full company to assist the White Horse Fire Company on an outbuilding fire on the 6000 block of Guy Rd in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County. Assistant 49 arrived on location and reported a two story barn with smoke showing from the eaves and fire on the C side of the structure. First arriving 49 units put a quick knockdown on the fire. 33 units arrived on location and was instructed by command to ventilate the roof and perform overhaul. Honey Brook units were on location for approximately one hour. Twenty three volunteers from Honey Brook responded to this Independence Day fire.
