Because water rescue emergency’s don’t just happen on hot sunny days! For weekly drill members of the Honey Brook Fire Company’s water rescue team joint trained with our neighbors from Garden Spot Fire Rescue’s team this evening to take advantage of the clear crisp twenty eight degree night. Crews deployed three water rescue boats focusing on night time emergency boat operations and operator confidence drills. The teams spent roughly two hours on the water.
The fire company would like to share it’s appreciation for the ongoing relationship with the PA Fish and Boat Commission for their full support allowing the use of Struble lake.
