Live Fire Training

On Saturday Dec.17 HBFC active crew members dedicated the day for live fire training. Utilizing the West Chester Fire Department’s training facility, 22 members participated in a series of live burn evolutions simulating different types of structure fire responses. It’s hands on training as such that aids in sharpening firefighters skills and confidence for providing professional care to the communities served.

The Honey Brook Fire Company would like to recognize:

Paradise Fire Company of Lancaster County as they stood by with a crew of 7 personnel on Rescue 47 providing coverage to the Honey Brook local. The standby crew ran zero incidents.

HBFC crew members wives/spouses for organizing and providing lunch on site for the members in training.
