FF. Dave Beiler Recieves EMT Certification

The Honey Brook Fire Co. #1 is proud to announce that Firefighter David Beiler has successfully completed his Emergency Medical Technician course. Over the last six months, Dave has committed himself to diversifying his skillset which has made him a valuable asset not only to the HBFC, but our community as well. On Friday evening, members of the HBFC traveled to the New Holland Ambulance Association to attend the graduation ceremony in support of Dave's achievement.
In today's fire service, firefighters are increasingly finding themselves in positions to render care and provide medical aid at emergency scenes, making this certification even more important and is critical for our ability to meet the growing and ever-changing demands for our services. The Honey Brook Fire Co. #1 is proud of the Dave's hard work and commitment which was required to complete this nearly 200 hours long course. Dave's certification supports the HBFC's effort to have the highest level of trained personnel ready to answer the bell, no matter the emergency.
