| The weekend of December 4th-6th ended up being a busy one for the members of the Honey Brook Fire Company. The weekend started off Friday evening with the Company holding its monthly business meeting. During the meeting the Company was dispatched to Egan Circle for an electrical fire inside. Within minutes 18 volunteers responded and arrived to find the homeowners outside and the cause being a bad electrical outlet. Crews secured the outlet and returned to the Fire House to continue with the monthly meeting which also included the membership voting for the 2010 Elected Officers.

As crews were getting ready to leave, Deputy 47 (Chapman) was alerted by the Chester County Fire Board of a house fire being dispatched. Deputy 47 placed his Department responding as well as requested Honey Brook's Engine 33-1 be added for additional manpower. Crews found a small fire in the garage with slight extension into the attic. Honey Brook members were released after a short while and returned to Honey Brook.
