December 15, 2009

At 6:14AM on Tuesday, December 15, Station 33, along with Ambulance 4-9 (White Horse) were dispatched on a vehicle accident at the intersection of Mill and Meadville Roads in the Cambridge section of Honey Brook Township.

Upon arrival of Deputy 33 (Messner) it was determined that Fire & EMS were not needed, and Station 33 Fire, with the exception of the Fire Police, and Ambulance 4-9 were cancelled. Deputy 33 then requested Fire Police from Station 4-9 to close the west side of the accident scene at Broad Street. Station 4-9 Fire Police were dispatched, with Squad 4-9 also making the response.

Station 4-9 Fire Police arrived on the scene and assisted with detouring traffic around the scene.

After Traffic 33 arrived on the scene, it was determined that Squad 4-9 was not needed, and Squad 4-9 was cancelled.

Stacey's Towing arrived and removed the truck from the scene.

The Pennsylvania State Police, Embreeville Barracks investigated the incident

The final Fire Police cleared the scene at 7:50AM
