| On the evening of Saturday November 13th, Members of the Honey Brook Fire Company opened the doors for the 2010 Turkey Raffle. The night consisted of players purchasing tickets for chances to win different prizes anywhere from turkeys to baskets filled with sides to go with the dinners to Yankee Candles.
Attendees could also try their luck at other games such as tear off tickets. Members walked around during the activities passing out complimentary snacks and beverages. A good time was had by all in attendance.
The Honey Brook Fire Company would like to thank everyone that was in attendance to support the fire company and we look forward to seeing you at our next fund-raiser, as well as next years raffle!
During the Raffle, at 8:31PM, Station 33, along with the Twin Valley Fire Department (Station 69) were dispatched to Country Lane in Honey Brook Township for a gas leak inside a residence. Units arrived and investigated the source of the odor, and cleared the scene shortly there after. |
