Engine 33-5 Runs A Pool Fill And A Vehicle Accident
By Firefighter/EMT Christopher Eno
May 30, 2011
After the members returned to Station 33 after the annual Memorial Day Parade, members loaded up in Engine 33-5 and traveled to a residence on Icedale Road in Honey Brook Township to assist a resident with filing their new swimming pool with water. After offloading the first load of water, the Engine traveled to reload.
At 1:05PM, the pagers opened for a vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 10 and Route 322 in Honey Brook Borough. Units arrived with a SUV versus a motorcycle. Fortunately, none of the persons involved were injured, and refused transportation to a hospital.
After determining no further services were needed, Engine 33-5 cleared the scene and returned to take a second load of water to the home on Icedale Road.
