By EMS Provider Scott Helm
June 25, 2008
On Wednesday, June 25, 2008 The Tour of Pennsylvania, which is a bicycle tour, was on stage 2 of its 6 part tour of Pennsylvania. Stage 2 took the race from Downingtown to Carlisle. This stage came right through the center of downtown Honey Brook. Honey Brook Boro was the safest it's ever been with State Police on every corner of Route 322. This split the first run district in half. Ambulance 33-1 staged at the Parking lot of the M&T Bank while Martins Corner Fire Company had an ambulance cover Route 322 South. The Race Started in Philadelphia yesterday and will end up in Pittsburgh on Sunday June 29th after comleting over 420 miles of biking up and down the hilly terrain of Pennsylvania . The Honey Brook Fire Company would like to thank the Martins Corner Fire Company for lending a helpful hand once again.
